They are considering making the labs separate from the police because of questioning in credibility and technique. 

2. What is the "stance" or opinion of the writer in the story "Texas convicts sentenced to death...." on page A9
The stance of the writer is that if we must use the death penalty we must use it on the correct people/ convicts.


3. What is 1 of the 3 problems with transgendered legislation in the Texas courts, according to the story on page B1 "Judge clarifies transgendered...."
One problem with transgendered legislation in Texas courts is whether it also applies to the Department of Labor and the Occupation Safety and Health Administration.


4. Why was T-Mobile fined $48M? Page B5 "T-Mobile fined..."T-Mobile was fined $48M because they clearly did not tell customers that there unlimited data isn't exactly unlimited. 

5. Who do Kirk Bohls and Cedric Golden think should start for the Dallas Cowboys at QB for the rest of the season? Page C1 "Quarterback Conundrum"
Kirk Bohls and Cedric Golden think that the Dallas Cowboys should start Prescott as QB. 

Long Response:

The presidential debate between Hilary Clinton and Donald trump was held in Las Vegas in which during the debate both candidates stated there views on a new supreme court justice. Hilary would like to appoint a justice that will listen to the american people and make pro choice rulings. Trump wants a justice who is conservative, supports the second amendment fully, and makes pro life rulings. Supreme Court Justice was such a big topic during the debate because the new president is most likely to appoint this person and could change the evenly divided seating in the court. I think that it would be important to keep the seating even but even towards the democratic side because they would make decisions that apply to all people not just the rich. I agree with Hilary Clinton on these ideas because Trump wants to undo what has been done while Hilary wants to move towards the future. I think this is very important to most people because along with the president many cases and rulings are made from the supreme court which could affect our country as much as the president could.
